How to translate the DASH or QuickDASH Outcome Measures

Important: Do not begin a translation of the DASH and/or QuickDASH Outcome Measuers into any foreign language/s until you have: (i) read our translation guidelines for the DASH and QuickDASH Outcome Measures and Related Scoring Instructions; (ii) completed and submitted an Intent to Translate form; and (iii) received written permission from the Institute for Work & Health to proceed with the translation.
